All invoices are 30 days net. Customer agrees to remit payment within 30 days or be subject to PREPAY service. Any outstanding balance is subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month. I agree to pay all costs of collection including court costs, attorney fees, and/or collection fees in addition to the unpaid balance. I authorize New England Propane Co. Inc. to check our credit history, and give them the right to enter our premises to service, install or remove their equipment at their discretion.
